Linguistics II

The course Linguistics II is an advanced course on Linguistics. The Objective of the course is to make students understand the concept of Language teaching. The course also explains the importance of applied linguistics fields like Computational Linguistics, Sociolinguistics and Lexicography. It aims to make the students understand the importance of Computational Linguistics, AI and Machine translation. By the end of the course, it is expected that the students will understand the importance of dictionary making and documentations as well as the importance of language in the society.
