Human Resource Management is a method to realize competence and drive efficiency in organizational work. Therefore, its chief determination remains in accomplishing organizational goals. It has to benefit organizations by outlining clearly defined aims and achieving them. Students will grow concepts on concept of human resource management, Human Resource Planning,  Organizational structure in a Industry, Recruitment and selection process, the process of training and Development from corporate standpoint, Trade union movement, disciplinary action and proceedings, Industrial relation and collective bargaining

The scope of HRM is, indeed, very vast and wide. It includes all activities starting from manpower planning till employee leaves the organisation. Accordingly, the scope of HRM consists of acquisition, development, maintenance/retention, and control of human resources in the organisation. This course enables the students to know about different aspects of HRM.
