Studying Soft Skills will usher a change in the communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and teamwork skills with practical approach and exposure to the realities of the world in such a manner that students will develop more employability expertises, the objective is to enable the students to learn the skills in a participative and experimental format as well as inculcate collective learning.
