Law of Torts and Consumer Protection is offered both in LL.B and BBA/BA-LL.B (H) students as a core paper. This subject enables the students to understand what is civil wrong, civil liability and how actions are taken for non performance of legal duty or in breach of duty. Under the Consumer Protection Law, students will be taught about consumer rights, about redressal forum etc.
